First, "high-end production capacity" is actually a relative concept. It may be a comparison of product quality between the first and second tiers and the third and fourth tiers. It may also be a contest between the overall strength of domestic and foreign power battery companies. It may also be a high score for different application needs. In addition, for the fast-growing new energy auto industry, the excess at this stage may appear to be insufficient in the future, so the overcapacity may have to be viewed with some dialectical perspective. In short, simply using total capacity minus total demand calculations does not lead to a conclusion of credibility.
